hello everyone. I am new here to this site.

im sixteen.

here is the extent of my "psychic abilities"

i read tarot cards once in a while.. but havent in a while due to feeling sooo clouded.

i get certain...feelings about different things that have proved useful later on.
not too complex...but enough to join this site i suppose?

maybe someone here could help me strengthen my ability if its even possible. Or maybe i'll just make some really good friends here perhaps? :]

I think the only way to get through the cloud that you feel is simply to keep reading. It sounds like you certainly have potential but will have to work with it to make it into a useful tool. I personally read with tarot cards only, I do not get freeform intuitions so I can't give you any advice on those, but if you want to talk tarot, i am here and will talk about it nonstop.
